Dear Fellow Bakers and Friends, 

June is busting out all over and with it comes fresh recipes. Recipes for graduations of all sorts, Father's Day, weekend barbecues and just for the sheer fun of it like the recipe for thhis stupendous cheesecake. Actually, that gorgeous cheesecake photo is of a caramel rhubarb cheesecake I have in my next cookbook. But I thought that was too over the top so I am going gentle on you and offer the White Chocolate Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake instead. It is equally decadent and perfect (and free) for this month.

As it happens, I am out of the BB Test Kitchen at this time so I will forgo my usual chatty note and just cut to the case. The recipes (including the Free Cheesecake) are below. Happy baking, keep out of trouble, and don't forget the sunblock (those oven rays are hot!)
