Ginger Crinkles

Jut like Mom used to make - these are fantastic, homey cookies, replete with spice and those nice crinkles on the top surface.

2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons powdered ginger
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
Pinch salt

Finishing Touches

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix ingredients in above order. Break off golf ball sized pieces. Round out and roll in sugar. Place on baking sheet. Bake 12-14 minutes.

3-4 dozen - depending on size.
